Marivida - Personvernerklæring

1. Introduction

Pursuant to GDPR Article 12, companies that process personal data are obliged to provide information about the processing of personal data in a concise, transparent, intelligible, and easily accessible manner. The following explains what data we collect about you, the purpose, and how this data is processed, created, and deleted/returned.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your personal data in order to deliver good services to you and your organisation and to respond to your enquiries. To fulfil the requirements set out by the GDPR, it is necessary to have a valid legal basis. What this will be varies depending on the type of relationship you have with us. Legal bases we may use when processing personal data about you include:

Consent
Processing necessary for the performance of a contract
Protection of vital interests of natural persons
Necessary to perform a task in the public interest or the exercise of official authority
Necessary to safeguard legitimate interests (a balancing of interests is carried out in each individual case)

These legal bases are found in GDPR Article 6. This is what regulates the lawfulness of processing. At Avo, we continuously work on procedures for assessing the lawfulness of personal data processing, so that you can always be confident that your data is safe with us, and that we never process data for which we do not have a legal basis under Article 6.

4. Data Protection Officer

Avo has appointed its own Data Protection Officer whom you can contact if you have questions about how Avo processes your personal data, or if you need help exercising your rights against Avo. As a data subject, you have a number of rights regarding how we process your personal data:

You may request a copy of all information we process about you.

Rectification of personal data:
You may ask us to correct or supplement information that is inaccurate or misleading.

Erasure of personal data:
In certain situations you may ask us to delete information about you.

Restriction of processing:
In some situations you may also ask us to restrict the processing of information about you.

Right to object:
If we process information about you on the basis of our tasks or following a balancing of interests, you have the right to object to our processing of information about you.

Data portability:
If we process information about you based on consent or a contract, you may ask us to transfer information about you to you or to another data controller.
